Important Notice Regarding Pre-Test Protocols
While there is ongoing discussion in the scientific and medical community regarding optimal pre-test conditions, these recommended protocols represent guidelines designed to ensure reliable and reproducible results.
For the most accurate comparison between baseline and follow-up assessments, we strongly recommend maintaining consistent conditions across all tests (e.g., similar time of day, fasting state, hydration levels). Additionally, for all tests, please ensure you are well-rested and free from illness, as fatigue or sickness can significantly impact results.
